    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a Market Research Associate to collect and interpret market research results (from our own and our clients’ quant/qual work; and from purchased secondary sources) to inform strategic and creative decisions.  This is an entry level role that will focus on identifying and diving deeply into a wide range of data sources to glean market trends, customer insights, and formulate action plans.


    What You’ll Accomplish

    • Mine subscription databases (e.g.: IQVIA) and other sources (e.g.: GlobalData) to glean insights
    • Collect data on customers (patients, healthcare providers, payers, and others), competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
    • Understand business objectives and identify data sources to obtain actionable insights
    • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
    • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
    • Create and field primary market research to obtain insights unavailable from existing means
    • Manager relationships with external data providers/vendors


    What You Need to Succeed

    • 0-2 years of market research analysis experience
    • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Familiarity with healthcare data sources
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking
    • BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or life sciences (advanced degree a plus)
