    The Opportunity

    The Senior Art Director develops the design, imagery, and typography that will express concepts in a visually interesting and well-organized layout. He/She will contribute original concepts, aligned with the established promise and personality of the brand. The Senior Art Director takes creative risks to push their designs and layouts to be their best. In solving these creative challenges, they should avoid obvious solutions to push past clichéd ideas, striving for unique, provocative, memorable work.

     

    What You’ll Accomplish

    • Be responsible for the creative designs and solutions of a healthcare brand across all platforms
    • Grow your presentation skills, and increase client interaction
    • Provide artistic design to teams, and develop creative conceptual abilities
    • Work with a cross-functional agency team while learning and strengthening agency process
    • Improve your design and art direction skills by pushing the limits of healthcare advertising

     

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Original creative solutions that are aligned with strategy
    • Desire to push yourself creatively
    • Be a team player who is open to feedback
    • Be organized, meet project deadlines, and follow agency process
    • Awareness of design and creative trends and ability to incorporate them into healthcare advertising
    • Strong working experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is a must.
